Does my roof need to be completely replaced or can it be repaired?
Tile roofing is very resilient. Often, the issue with damage lies in the underlayment. If so, it is possible to remove the tiles to repair it and then reinstall the tiles when the repairs are completed.
One of my tiles is chipped or cracked. Should I replace the single tile or is there a way to fix it?
Sometimes it makes sense to replace the tile, but in some instances it does not. Doing so could effect the uniformity of the roof.
Aren’t tile roofs expensive?
